FIR HAS BEEN LODGED AGAINST (AAPSU & AMSU President and General Secretary)



 FIR has been lodged against MR TOBOM DAI General secretary (AAPSU) , Mr Asendo Mitti President (AMSU) in police station miao under Changlang District by Shri Dharma Chansan Chakma G. B of Budhisatta-II village as reported by Divinity Jagraan

According to FIR copy, it was lodged on threating and humaliting the villagers of bodhisata and for violating the Covid 19 guidelines and Epidemic diseases Act 1897.


Fact check- How far this allegations are true? As per the photos appeared on social media. On our investigation we found most people who came to inspection the matter were seen without mask and no Social distancing however AAPSU GS seen hanging mask Although be didn't cover it into his face.


As per Chakma TV accessed the audio where the AAPSU GS were talking to villagers and at last it's heard he was threating in the way that they (AAPSU) can do anything if they wish hence advising them not to cross own limitations. So these statements might bring fear in the villager minds who are not not much educated
