FIR HAS BEEN LODGED AGAINST (AAPSU & AMSU President and General Secretary)

 FIR has been lodged against MR TOBOM DAI General secretary (AAPSU) , Mr Asendo Mitti President (AMSU) in police station miao under Changlang District by Shri Dharma Chansan Chakma G. B of Budhisatta-II village as reported by Divinity Jagraan    FIR Copy According to FIR copy, it was lodged on threating and humaliting the villagers of bodhisata and for violating the Covid 19 guidelines and Epidemic diseases Act 1897. Fact check- How far this allegations are true? As per the photos appeared on social media. On our investigation we found most people who came to inspection the matter were seen without mask and no Social distancing however AAPSU GS seen hanging mask Although be didn't cover it into his face. As per Chakma TV accessed the audio where the AAPSU GS were talking to villagers and at last it's heard he was threating in the way that they (AAPSU) can do anything if they wish hence advising them not to cross own limitations. The Land Dispute Between Chakmas & Mishmi's in Miao circle , Changlang District ,Arunachal Pradesh

 The land dispute between the Chakmas of Deban in Changlang district and Mismis of Kathan in Lohit district Arunachal Pradesh. SDO Certified to Chakmas that the mentioned villages were evicted by locals i.e Mishmi's    1.#History:  The villages namely: Jagat Jyoti, Monmohini, Ramrajpur, Buddhabhakti, Anandapur, Sumangal, Sintola, Sundarpur, Udaypuri, Punyabhumi, Nandhakanoon, Devapuri, Bodhisatta, Brajapur and Kamalapuri were settled and established under Chakma Refugee Rehabilitation and Settlement Schemes by the government of India during 1964-1969 in Deban Circle of Changlang (then Tirap district in NEFA) by Sunil Choudhary, the then Circle Officer-Miao, along with Lt. Pisi La Singpho, the then Kotoky (a kind of senior public leader) and Rabi Kanungo (the then LRO).  Meantime, the Deban area was completely vacant and no any other tribe had been found in and around the Deban area. The Bengali-related Indo-Aryan Chittagonian  transformed the Changma Vaj language into Eastern-Indo Aryan from its Tibeto-Burman origins. The people themselves as classified as Mongoloid. Hinduism and Theravada Buddhism are the religions of the  Chakma . The Chakma people are the largest ethnic group in the Chittagong Hill Tracts region in southeastern Bangladesh, second largest in Mizoram and fourth largest in Tripura of North East India. Their ethnicity is closely linked with the peoples of East Asia. However, the Chakma language (written in the Chakma script) is part of the Indo-Aryan language family of the Indian subcontinent. Most Chakma people are adherents of Therevada Buddhism. The Chakmas are divided into 46 clans or Gozas. The community is headed by the Chakma Raja, whose status as a tribal head has been historically recognized by the Government of British India and the Government of Bangladesh. Originally a nomadic community with a presence in  Arakan , the Chakma
